Cancellation Policy:

I am committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. I aim to meet your needs and expectations. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents other clients from being served. This cancellation policy is in place as a way of respecting the time and commitment of all involved. This policy is used in fairness to both my business and the clients who would have otherwise wanted to have an appointment.

Cancellation Process:

I understand that situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, I request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows me to fill the time slot. You may cancel by phone 760-401-9283 or email sublorime@gmail.com. I require a 3-day notice for cancellation. If no prior notice you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Late Policy: Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, we will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment, which may incur a cancellation fee.

Reshoots: If a reshoot is required due to specific circumstances, a fee will apply. A reshoot starts at a base price of $25 but will be determined by workload. Any reshoot is done at photographer’s discretion, and subject to availability. Weather Policy: There will be times services cannot be completed due to weather. In those circumstances, the decision to go ahead with the photoshoot will be left up to the client. If we proceed, we will provide the best images we can. No reschedule fee will be charged in the event of unfavorable weather. Any reschedules will be prioritized, but subject to my availability.

Uncooperative children policy: In the event that your child just absolutely is not cooperating during the shoot I will do my best to achieve the highest quality of images. The time prior to your session is a good indicator of how your child will behave at a photoshoot. In the event, that you feel you must cancel because you believe your child will not cooperate, please message me and we can reschedule. If we go ahead and do the shoot and your child will not smile or look at the camera, I am not obligated to do a reshoot. If we do end up having to do a reshoot there is a $25 fee, and the session will only be 15 minutes.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; LS Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then LS Photography sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable.
